Fallout: Wasteland Warfare Available to Pre-Order
Modiphius is now taking pre-orders for its Fallout: Wasteland Warfare miniatures game, set to be released in March 2018.
Bundles for the game range from a £60 two-player starter set, all the way to a £699 ‘Vault-Tec Complete Package Bundle.’
Set in the iconic Fallout universe, Wasteland Warfare is a skirmish wargame. Modiphius says that players will be able to build their own crew from a wide range of factions, allies and iconic characters from the series, with each side controlling 3-30 miniatures.
It will also be supplying scenery and settlement buildings, ranging from the Red Rocket to Sanctuary Hills, Nuka-Cola vending machines and wrecked cars.
While most miniature wargames are purely competitive affairs, Modiphius says that the game will also support co-op and solo play.
Wasteland Warfare will include narrative campaigns as well as standard battles and randomised missions with narrative-style objectives. Over the course of a game players can search the wasteland for gear, weapons or caps, allowing access to perks, weapons, gear, and upgrades for the next encounter.
